This paper investigates both the intelligent design technology and the fracture failure of high-speed & precise progressive dies of IT products.In the investigation,themethods of fuzzy processing,fuzzy clustering and attribute reduction are adopted to make the tacit knowledge of stamping die design explicit,thus achieving the knowledgemining from the design ofprecise progressive dies.
