Determ Ination of Trace Elements in High Purity Molybdenum Trioxide and Ammonium Molybdate by ICP-AES

The method for the determination of trace elements in high purity molybdenum trioxide and ammonium molybdate by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry combinedwith the matrix matching was studied. Theworking parameters were optimized. The method is rapid and accurate. The relative standard deviations of Al、Bi、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Ni、Si、Ti andW are 2. 8% ~7. 6% and the recoveries are 96% ~105%.
